I want to change the color of my Gauge Needles

I want to change the color of my Gauge Needles . How do I do that and can I use just LED's to do this or do I need something else????? :huh:

I have the Import Intel. needle kit. I bought it from APoC. Pretty cool. They look a lot bright in person than in the pic
