Okay.....forgot to update this -
Last weekend installed a new Kenwood DPX308U head unit (replaced the stock unit finally).
Yesterday installed a Borla exhaust. Sounds great but doesn't give me a headache anymore.

I wrecked my stock rims with my winter tires this spring, so I needed replacements and they had to be cheap.

Dug these out of a salvage yard, the finish was so bad on them that they didn't bother taking them off and selling them. I bought them at scrap pricing.
They are 98' Monte Carlo rims, perfect fit 5x115 16x6.5 and the correct hub bore. Also they are 38 offset instead of the alero's 42 offset.



Used paint stripper on the clearcoat, it removed 99% of the crud. I just sanded the face with a mouse sander and cleaned up the center part and lips with my dremel.



I tried a few colors and styles. I liked the look of this one but black wheels just don't do it for me I guess.



Decided to go with a rally white theme with red lugs.





Now I just have to buy 3 winter tires and I'm ready for the snow!

those are good light wheels, I'd like to have them, too.
