you put your headlights in the oven on 150, for about 10 min. Take them out, pull them apart, take the chrome peice on the inside out, pull out the amber lens, put the chrome peice back on there and use some silicone to hold the little tabs on..... let it dry, then put the peice with all the silicone in it back in the oven for a few min, and put the headlight back together...... seal any open spots with clear silicone, then let it dry for a few hours.
