The conversion kits are cheap, usually around 30 bucks. Just pick up a GM kit with the year listed. The slimmer the cd player the better.

Uhh, Oldsmobile has used Double-Din since before the Alero was around. The other GM brands usually used a 1.5 DIN size. The Grand Am had 1.5 DIN for up until around 2000? You can definitely see a size difference.
