Battery cables ground cables and alternator cables???

yes. the stock wiring is incredibly insufficient for aftermarket stereos of any kind.

so you need to put a lower gauge wire from:
the alternator to the positive terminal on the battery
From the negative terminal to the body of the car
From the engine to the body of the car.

Those are the Big 3. It greatly improved conduction.

thats sounds fricken easy if your leaving the stock alternator, what guage is best with out being too much

If you ever plan on replacing your alternator with a High Output version....
