Nice!! Rock em on the van, they don't belong on the alero.......
i actually like them on the alero, from just looking at the rims I don't like them but when its side by side I think they look good

I like the style of the rims. But 20s on a mostly stock alero.....not so much.. |

After getting the wheels, the only thing from left to get for the outside is a body kit... I already have the cowl hood, clear corners, mild engine work, strut tower bars, full stereo, and it is lowered... and... I got them for $500... even if they don't fit, I re-sell them for a profit... |

haha there you go almost exactly how its going to look on the alero minus the hood
And -Alero- rims are 17s, way different look.
^ I agree it is a way different look, but that is what sold me on the style, seeing how they looked before I bought them was definitely infuential on the decision...
I am going to leave my head lights chrome, might steal the tail light idea though, as I hate the orange turn signal... |
nice GA Interior swap. looks good
Sweet rims, Remind me a lot of mine.. so of course I think you should rock them ;)
Hey, how do you have your low beams turned on without the amber lights on?
He has daytime running lights, As far as I know all aleros have them. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
yes that i know of they all have them just some are in the high beams and some are in the low beams (unless disabled by the owner)

i put in the white turn signal bulbs, and they are not as bright as my head lights... this is how it gives the appearance that they are not on... but they are on... it is illegal with the white lights instead of the amber, but so far i have not had any issues... |
I have "white" bulbs in my turn signals too, however I have Wagner true-view headlights that look like about 6-8000Ks, so my white halogen turn signals look amber in comparison.

I really like the Vegas!! I run vegas all day!
A couple more additions that will be going on really soon I hope... I am only mildly mechanically inclined, so I rely on my neighbour who is a GM mechanic to do most of the work so I don't screw it up!!!
After last summer, I developed a gas leak at the top of the block right under the intake cover... So it has to come off to re-seat it and while I am at it these are going on... Ported upper, lower and TB purchased from Redog- repainted from the red he had... black with bronzemist lettering to match the car... S&S headers with high flow cat and extended O2 sensor-picked up from a GAGT member, and I have decided to go with the Interceptor gauge for the 3rd gauge for my pillar pod... Just have to wait for the stupid postal strike to end to get it... |
cool! btw did you put those rims on or sell them?

I have not put them on yet, no sense them sitting there getting a flat spot until the car is fully running again... I had to get a set of 1" spacers for the back to clear the spring perch, the front fit with minimal clearance... I might get a 1/8 spacer to balance them out a bit more... afterall, it is a FWD lol... |
