so that would most likely be why i keep getting air in driver front and passanger rear lines cuz my wheel cylinder in passanger rear is leaking funny i thought he was insane when he said that never heard it before thats very good to know.

do you have to take apart shoes to change cylinder or is there a way to change it without taking apart the shoes and hardware.

I've never tried to change a cylinder without taking everything apart, cause usually fluid has leaked onto the shoe linings and they have to be replaced anyway. Which, of course, means the shoes on the other side have to be replaced too, to ensure even braking, and while THAT side is apart, replacing that cylinder is a might-as-well too, to make sure the whole process doesn't have to be repeated in a couple months.
