OK guys, once the weather warms up, and the streets aint so slushy, I'll take the car for a bath, and then throw on some E-Tape and snap a few pics for you all.

if ya don`t have laquer thinner or dx 440 ya can always go old school and use ur thumb roll of the tape

ok, i took the molding off, didnt really notice a difference on the car, but i knew i wasnt going to put it back on.

then after photoshoppin it, i decided to do it gunmetal, again, it's not very noticeable, so whether you think it's cool, or gay, it's not overly cool or overly gay, get my point? i personally like it and i'll have pics up soon.

edit:

oh yea, and my clearcoat was chipping off in pieces where the molding was, i could seriously scrape it with my fingernail, and there was some residue on the bottom that wouldnt come off, even with elbow grease and goo gone. and i basically painted the molding and put it back on to cover that up.

It's opala blue, offered only in '99 (I think).

My car is the same color.
