the payment process is you pay him. if he doesn't have enough people required for the group buy paid and ready to go by the 14th or so.. everybody will have refunds processed back to them by the 21st.

My bad ... I should have worded the question differently. I already understood wha you just told me (I paid for mine right off the bat,) but I was trying to ask how far along we are with everyone paying.

I will wait until tomorrow night to give a fair chance to those who havent made their payments afterward I will just start sending out refunds to all those who have made payments.

Damn, sucks this never went through just like the turbo manifolds.

nothing like it... turbo headers we all got screwed because S&S screwed every one of their resellers and all those in the group buy by closing up shop and stealing everyone's money and then I had to pay everyone back that was in on the GB. In this case those who claimed to have wanted in screwed themselves and everyone else by not paying up.

2 different scenarios completely and had everyone paid up we would be safe still knowing that Eibach was making not only the bars but the bushings and end links.. this would have meant OEM style rear links with urethane bushings as well as the obvious larger sway bars being available for years to come but instead those who didnt pay up screwed us all.

the only consistent thing I see here is that I keep getting screwed by trying to get more parts made for the community.. guess we all know what I wont be doing in the near future aside from the Procharger kit already in progress.

I think your doing a good job dude to bad your group buy didnt go through. you seemed very organized if I had the money I would have made a payment.

it aint your fault with it, I think next time before you ask them about it get people to pay first. There is nothing more discouraging then kids unable to manage their money and commit to something they know they never will end up getting.....the joys of the internet

My comments were not directed at you and if you took it that way I apologize completely. I truely do appreciate you setting this up and going out on a limb to help the N-Body community. It is not your fault that people didn't pay up. I'm just irritated that I may not have the chance again to get some good swaybars with the demise of this group buy and (from what I understand) speedbuilt no longer producing them either.

With that said ... My hat is still off to you for the valiant attempt.
