Oil Change...

bushmanalero 03-05-2012 02:54 PM

I installed my DDM HIDs today and im loving them :coolio:
Next thing is deciding what color to paint car because im tired of the black and white look after my encounter with a deer

a.graham52 03-05-2012 03:09 PM

due to the heavy rain fall we have had this weekend i turned my cai into a wai. didnt like running on the interstate in other peopls wake very well. lots of water in the intake. ordered my ddm tuning 8ks, vacuumed the interior. called it a day. tomorrow im removing the radio for warentee reasons, also going to inspect my rear sway bar bushings for a clunk concern. its either those and/or the strut tops. probably strut tops though..

Put these in the other day with some poly end links. Still need to make some custom spacers for the end link.

junk yard is one way. 99 aleros have them.

Nate's Alero 03-06-2012 12:21 PM

Dissassembled my front doors, trying to figure out why my effin sash clips keep snapping every time i roll the windows up or down.

JLw7123 03-06-2012 12:33 PM

replacing rear struts and springs, spark plugs, fuel filter at school. cleaned the K&n filter of the cai. Possibly changing out the 80 series muffler with 44 series.

I noticed that the front end was tighter and steering feel is better.

From a 99 Alero. I put new control arms on his car and I keep the aluminum arms.

I already have the poly end link in the car already, I need a custom spacer on the end links to make the sway bar parallel with the lower control arm.

Nate's Alero 03-06-2012 12:40 PM

I have the same setup as Rusty, plus my car came with the aluminum control arms, so i just had them cleaned up and powdercoated, plus the poly bushings from moog, big difference with just the bushings.
