ya, thats the biggest issue with me too. as long as i dont have to be anywhere that day or the next, i dont mind driving.

the meet this thread was about is long over, but there is talk of another one mid july in easthampton ma. try contacting andyt3 or nates alero for more details.

Well there is an OCA National meet in sturbridge MASS on July 21-25 maybe we can have a meet there. will it be a 1 day meet or 2 day.

bringing this back. any chance we could get together a meet before the winter? couple new MA members on here, along with all the other NE members. would be nice to meet some other alero owners nearby.

the 2 who started planning this originally seem to be gone, so if need be, ill try to organize something. just curious as to who is interested, let me know.

when are u planning to have the meet because i was thinking of having one right around christmas. We could take some great pics with all of the snow.

Ill be there but my alero might not be its fighting me on my big brake kit.

ya, im kinda rethinking the time of the meet. i know a couple guys said school is an issue, which is why we decided on that time because of winter break. its still early in the planning process tho.

it does not have to be right around christmas i have a month off. my vacation starts on december 19.

Yeah, the meet we were trying to get to happen was at an Olds/Pontiac dealership up in Easthampton, my home town. That dealership has since been completely sold out, and is not empty without signs or anything. Before they still had their Olds signs on the building and their Pontiac/GM sign by the road, but everything isn't there anymore, just an empty dealership with some empty property.

Nope, not gone, i'm still lurking. I'll come down for a meet. But my Alero's not in the best shape, still runs though.

ya i would like to have another meet. would the mall in worcester be good or does anybody have any other places that they would like to go.

so maybe something after the 1st of the new year? that way all holiday stress and traffic is over with. and like i said in a pm to JLw7123, that mall is pretty much right in the center of new england. shouldnt be more than a 2 hr drive for anyone. we cud meet outside somewhere, check out each others cars, snap some photos, then go grab food or something at one of the restaurants.
