Whats Wrong?!?

Ok, please only be serious if you post here, cause im really pissed off right now and im not in the mood.

When i drive it the back end doesnt even go with the car, its hard to explain. but it doesnt matter how it drives, the pics clearly show how each rim sticks out. they should be strait.
I put my rims back on today, and this is what i see.......
Do i need an alignment??? wtf is wrong?

jackal2000 05-16-2007 08:55 PM

looks like you have some reverse pigeon toe action going on. i would have it aligned for sure.

Mischief007 05-16-2007 09:18 PM

Yeah, that's some visible toe in. Allignment and quick before you wear your tires.

yea i know, tomorrow after school im bringing the car to get an alignment, i dont even wanna drive it to school or to the place to get it aligned, cause im nervous something is gonna happen. im gonna drive like such an old man tomorrow.

jayson_waltz 05-16-2007 09:33 PM

u must have a new enough front wheel drive that u can get 4 wheel alingments. i'd get that done ASAP b4 your tires get screwed up.

billytheman1188 05-16-2007 09:36 PM

so its just an alignment i need right? nothing else......i really hope its just an alignment, im getting nervous.... i love my car too much.........i hate to see it like this!!!!

Gr1m 05-16-2007 09:39 PM

nothing is going to happen to the car (given that your tightened the lugs good) your only going to lose tread on your tires quicker then normal

i know i love my car too i hate it when something wrong with it. but for me i just run it down to the shop at night and fix it right away. u have to pay to get it done, if it was that way for me there would be a lot of things i would'nt have (atv, snowmobiles) b\c the reapairs would kill me. $30 and hour for snowmobile would suck when u blow the engine.

yeap, i always tighten them the correct way. criss cross, then torque them 50lbs, then 100lbs. then after driving about 20 miles, torque them one more time.

Redog 05-16-2007 10:00 PM

Don't worry about how much it costs, it's only dirty paper.
Anywhere from 65 to 90 dollars depending on your location.

i cant imagine anything being seriously wrong. its not like you have tie rods back there or anything. speaking of tie rods, i remember when i was driving down the highway in my 87 caddy and the rear tie rod on the front passenger wheel broke. luckily i only lived a block away from the highway and somehow got my car parked on the front lawn. its no fun going 40mph and trying to turn when that happens lol

yes, that could be true. my step dad has 175,000 miles on his car and he has only gotten his wheels aligned once. if i need an alignment in 54,000 miles, then that means im hitting too many potholes, etc. im gonna try not to talk about this too much right now:rolleyes2:

doubleN0alero 05-17-2007 12:11 AM

it is an alignment, but i couldnt help but taking a rip on you lol

antichrysler 05-17-2007 12:19 AM

lol you should trade it in...

actually wait till it runs out of gas first

Gr1m 05-17-2007 12:22 AM

u dont need to get an alignment from hitting potholes, its when u change your wheels or anything suspension related when your camber and other things get thrown off and you need to have the car balanced and aligned again
