NickAlero2000 03-31-2009 07:37 PM

I need Videos, I think my muffler has a hole in it, so I have an excuse to get a new one.

Not sure what I want to get for it.

I am looking into doing the same thing. which dyno max in particular did you use? Did you have a muffler shop weld it on?

Thanks Spilner but which size in particular as far as inlet and outlet is what I meant, sorry. Inlet 2 1/4 or 2.5?? I am looking to attach mine straight onto the stock piping for now so should I go 2 1/4?

[ion] C2 04-01-2009 04:28 PM

it doesn't matter, adapters can be made

stock piping is 2"

KenshinZero 04-04-2009 01:51 AM

Sounds pretty good, sounds much better when it was driving away compared to just revving it. Ill consider the super turbo when mine stock one goes.

Thanks for the video.

Junked, it wasnt worth saveing, it had some rust, and a terrable patch job, lol

knuckleballer32 04-05-2009 09:19 AM

Spilner, when the exhaust goes the muffler shop replaces the whole shabang because the muffler normally is crap as well. so it goes to muffler heaven:]

KenshinZero 04-05-2009 01:48 PM

Well had it not been in such bad shape I would have kept it, in case any of you fine people needed it, but im not about to sell a crappy muffler to someone

Valley olds 04-05-2009 03:56 PM

Dayum! That sounded nice. Not rice at all.

[ion] C2 04-05-2009 05:06 PM

Spilner was talking to knuckleballer32 when he said "when my stock one goes" to be sarcastic as if "where is it going?" ... mine functioned perfectly fine through 187,000 ish miles I think.
