The car show was alright. I dug that old Dodge Brothers car with the wooden wheels. Also that 59 Caddy you got a pic of was bad ass too and long as Hell
|
I should have pulled my Alero up next to that Lambo and shown him up.

You should have. You guys should have taken some pictures with your cars, I don't know if I have seen your car Matt. Too bad I did get to meet you, maybe next time. |
any time man. They do those car shows every Saturday, but I'd say it's probably best until it cools off a bit now, it was a tad warm
|
Yeah sometime when it cools down to around 80 or so. My damn feet were burning standing in the parking area on South Mountain. I think it was hotter on the mountain than down in the valley.
|
so sometime in November it is
|
Sounds good to me.
|
Sorry I couldnt make it, etting started on printing t-shirts and had an order due. Plus things have been a little crazy with getting the wife & daughter new cars. Hopefully we can do it again soon.
|
looks like a good time. nice cars.
whats w/ all the antennas on the hill??? |
Quote:
All the broadcast antennas for the valley are up on the same mountain. All the TV and radio stations what not. It's actually pretty cool looking at night, kinda like Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind but red. Here's a shot. It looks better further away. You can see these things for miles away too, and by miles I mean like 20-30 if not more. It helps that it's pretty flat other than a select few mountains around here. ![]() |
I suppose if your going to put up antennas... why not put them all in one place.
...although... you could probably fry an egg up there with them all transmitting. |
Kill two birds with one stone.. If you go up on the right night, you can save money on a vasectomy with a toasty warm 10min. Sterilization!!

you must be from Buffalo, we don't need any antennas to fry eggs...in fact, the heat radiating from those things comes out and says "eff it's hot here" |
you don't need heat to cook something... just energy. RF can cook just as easily as a flame.
e.g microwaves. |
Your right you don't. You can just set an egg out in the sun, go inside and come back 5 minutes later and its done. I don't know how people survived out there before they invented Air Conditioning cause the heat is just murder.

still using heat. sunlight = heat |

heat = energy |
Weirdness. My gf had a zx3 that color and my Alero matches (well, used to) the maroon one in the pictures
:drunk: |
