Im new, saying hi!

Hey guys and girls, just bought my alero last month for what will hopefully stay my DD and not get modded like my others. Im still planning on doing some mods but not huge ones that cost a lot. I bought an 04 alero GX blue 5 spd and it has a sunroof. I bought the blue because i plan on doing the reverse paint as my 442. blue with silver stripes! Im trying to get all the badging in the right spots like olds had it back then. Trying to create a modern 442ish. Anyway, hope to talk to all you in the future.

Lee
from pa

nice, my aunt used to have a cabin up there and we used to go up and ride on the alpine slide when we were kids

yoslvr442 12-19-2006 10:47 AM

Vinalero 12-19-2006 02:10 PM

Hi dude! The 442 is such a nice Muscle car that ages really well.

welcome to family.

it's good to have another hardcore Olds guy on this board.

I like the 71. my 71 that i used to have before i restored it was pepsi-cola blue with the white 442 stripe. always did like that stripe.

yeah def ill take a look at it. right now i have the oldsmobile on the hood above the headlight and the alero on the trunk in the right place. i want to get alero for the sides too. i really wanted to put the original rocket emblems on instead of teh circle but i figured i should stay modern with it.
