I also tried to post the picture you took, Nick, but it's saved in my CPU as a bitmap and I don't know how to change it to a JPEG. I tired to resave it but bitmap is the only option I get :(

Open it in photoshop and you should be able to save it as anything.

Autocross at BeaveRun. Son of a bitch beat me on his last run.

I beat most of the field on that last run. Your cousin was i'm sure embarrased two aleros took out his e36 m3.

Still makes me smile. But believe me, the two of us have run by ourselves on the north track, and he gets his revenge there. He just has never been good at autocross. He's a damn good road racer though.

where do you guys go to do that autocross stuff? Is there anything in the midwest?

The midwest is a fairly large geographical area. Can you be more specific?

The simple answer to this question is yes, there is a region of the SCCA or NASA that is prolly within no more than 100 miles of you wherever you are. Check out their websites (don't have a url, should be easy to find) for more info. Autocrossing can be done in a parking lot anywhere, so you don't have to have a dedicated track for it.
