I need to know what size speaker goes in the alero 2000? And how do I know if i have an build amp in it?

If you have the Monsoon audio system, there will be a black amp with a red sticker that identifies it. Front speakers are 4"x6", rear deck are 6"x9" on non monsoon - the GLS have the monsoon - it's an 8 speaker system, not sure about sizes.

where would this amp be located? and I have tweeters in my car too that came stock can I keep those and get some new speakers with them?

I doubt you have the monsoon, I didnt and I had a 2000 GLS.
