I notice people have the Mustang one on do you guys think the one they make for the f-150 will fit?

my guess would be no because I believe it is bigger but that is only my guess

it was pure luck that the Mustang one fit. Hell...Grand Am gas doors don't even fit our cars (yes, I tried). And the F-150 door is probably a good 2 inches bigger in diameter. (the Grand Am one is about a half inch smaller)

But anything is possible with the right amount of money and work. ;)

i bought the f150 door, and its too big, but i'm gonna make it fit eventually. Lotta modding planned this year.

I tried this once. It looked alright except it doesnt line up. The rear quarter contours a little and the gas door is flat. There was a gap at the bottom. The whole door would need to be bent/molded to fit the shape of our cars.

This is my buddy's Contour SVT. Same cap I tried, similar problem so he molded it in.

Hey pimp did it line up or did you have to mod it a little and is that the f150 or the mustang one?

94-04 mustang gas cap and yes u have to modify it. u have to cut the plastic inside and file the inner fender a bit.
