I was asking about those a while ago. nobody gave an answer (intelligent or otherwise)

Not that I personally need to know anymore, but be sure to post up a review! :thumb:

Molson 03-18-2006 06:04 PM

sofa, I'm in Barrie, I've had intrax and ST on my car (ST now) keep looking, they're available.

eag182 03-18-2006 07:28 PM

ST squeak like a mother

mixmastercase 03-20-2006 09:25 AM

Canuck motorsports is a canadian dealer for Springtech so these are probably that Springtech springs

Coupe 03-20-2006 11:07 AM

ST and Canuck are 2 different company's.
Canuck sucks, your rear will end up being lower than your front. Alot of guys on gagt.com have bought these and ended up gettin screwed. Since our springs are the same im sure the outcome will be the same.

springs dont squeak, you have problems elsewhere in your suspension.

2fst4u 03-20-2006 11:17 AM

yeah, springtech's squeak against the top of the strut mount. and, my swaybar pops all the time, oh well.

Its the mounts that are squeaking and popping, its not becuase of the spring or your sway bar.

i'll guarantee you that my swaybar pops. it's the bushing around it, from being lowered. i'm not a moron. i promise you

I don't know you but i'm going to have to say you are....it is the the strut mount. Bring it to your local dealer and they'll tell you the same thing.

2fst4u 03-20-2006 12:21 PM

ok, so then, why would it go away if i spray the swaybar bushing with white lithium grease?
i understand that the top of the strut pops, however MY SWAYBAR POPS TOO!

you should probably check the installation of the swaybar then, something isnt alligned right causing it to pop. It shouldn't do that.

2fst4u 03-20-2006 12:27 PM

there was a thread about this a while back. it's actually a pretty common problem. too bad the search engine on this site blows. and, my swaybar is stock.

Creeper 03-20-2006 12:32 PM

I thought this thread was for review not an argument. Take this to a PM or another tread, like common problems. You are completely messing this thread up. So the car squeaking, whether it is the SPRING or something else my be an effect of installing this spring. Can we call that the review and end the argument here? Share one, :pimp: , why don't you.

El Pablo 04-10-2006 09:35 AM

Dont mean to be a thread jesus here, I have that same noise too, in fact It sounds like it is coming from the left, how much to get it fixed for any of u that had this problem? Just curious, thanks :)

steve-o 04-10-2006 10:23 AM
