alright, well i was checking out cardomain.com and found this alero, he has 20's on his alero with the new nitto 225/35/20, not only does he have 20 inch spinners, but this is his second pair of 20s, not my style, but hey props to whoever that dude is.....

the link is http://www.cardomain.com/id/biddyboy i'm on a public computer and i can't right click to get pictures directly onto aleromod.com

kwhauck 03-31-2004 06:07 PM

forgot to put that the 20's are on page 4 and 5

Sportalero 03-31-2004 06:13 PM

Hmmm  , i was told that your struts had to be moved if your Alero was lowered on 20s

Naich 03-31-2004 06:28 PM

he probably did do suspension work. You can make 20's fit with some work.

Sportalero 03-31-2004 06:32 PM

that's what i thought. Either way, nice Alero. Those sidemarkers remind me of the kind on the new BMWs. Just mold in the Razzi, and he'll be set. Silent better watch out or they'll be another silver sedan giving him a run for his money

Silentalero 03-31-2004 06:33 PM

yea, the front, good luck turning...Ive considered this and talked to robbie about how he did it, and without custom work it wont happen.

It is the struts you have to modify and even so I have 35 mm tires on my 18's and the ride is rough, 20's is gonna be even worse. Plus something about em they dont sit in there right...look oversized for the car without tucking em in the wheel well

nah, they make 20s that are the correct width and offset now. just hard to fine and small selection. none that i would ever buy.

^^yeah, i was never to fond of the cloverleaf kind like those

20's fit .. if you can't lay on 20's if you have a 4 door without re-doing the rear door jam work. Since the 2 door have perfectly round rear wheelwell .. the 4 door accomadate (sp) the rear door jam shape. Just look at this civic from streetsourcemag.com for example

Heres some pics of it. For more pics .. click on the link

99blackalero 03-31-2004 08:06 PM

like what he did but wouldnt be my choice of rims

AftermathAlero 03-31-2004 08:06 PM

I know that guy.. he lives like 5 min from my house in new orleans.. His car is nothing special. Just has a system in it, lots of unnecessary screen and his wheels.

Pimpalero03 03-31-2004 08:28 PM

its amazing how much better the car looked after razzi was on

johny_boy32 03-31-2004 08:36 PM

^thats the truth^ but he could have picked a different set of rims...too ugly for my taste.

Oldsmopimp 03-31-2004 08:43 PM

Damn!! That kid is str8 ballin'!!!!!! Spinnaz!!!?? thats f'in sweet! :pimp:

He's deffinatly got the ice goin too...

Car does look pretty good with the razzi.

justinusaf 03-31-2004 08:44 PM

nice rims

Bleh, a bit much for my tastes. He said he did not modifications to fit the wheels, and it turns fine, so sound must be right. I agree with silent, they just don't look right.

AlbinoMonkeyRat 03-31-2004 09:37 PM

Looks like a hot wheels car...with the rims so big and shiny.
