Performance Engine Mounts
 

I will be buying the RKsport header 4-2-1
Now before I install it I want to install some good engine mounts to decrease engine movement so the flange wont break, bolts get loose, and I wont have leaks. So does anyone know where I can get good performance engine mounts. Rksport offers some for the LD9 engine but im not sure if they will work on the Alero. Any suggestions? Thank you

i have heard of people removing the rubber and filling the mounts with polyeurethane. that was for the 3400 though. just an idea....

there is ONLY 1 mount out there that will work on the 2.4 with auto and that is the one for the 3400.

So your saying the ones on carcustoms.net wont work?

that is correct those will not work at all. the J-body uses different mounts than us. get the tranny mount for a 3400 and watch it bolt in and work.

No Sweat and I both have the 3400 mount and it works great.
