Massive problems

Alright I tried to install my 2.3 HO intake manifold this morning got it all hooked up but there was a problem with the tb so I took it off and went back to my stock set up. Noticed my idle was high once I cranked it up so knowin what I know I disconnected the battery for about 15 minutes and it went back to normal, but now I took it out for a test drive and theres a huge misfire, when im at a dead stop and step on the gas it hesitates and almost falls on it face. Also it shifts very roughly and even when I change gears from drive, to reverse and so on. Also its like my brakes wanna give out too like the brake booster isnt doing it job, gotta pump it up to be able to stop, It scared the shit outta me when I was driving too. I know theres a huge possibility of a lot of things but what do yall think might be up? I hooked everything back up as normal so I dunno?

Well i remember when i first got my alero i played with the intake and after words it shifted ungodly hard into any gear and upshifting and down shifting, i later read it was the "temp sensor" or somthign in the intake that was loose or broke. The other stuff, hah good luck cuz thats alll i know.
