Alero problems
 

Ok my aleros getting a little old i have some money and want to fix all of its little problems, i had new rear struts, strut mounts, and springs. and i still have this annoying thumping noises in the rear. Next thing i would like to fix my change oil, and tire pressure lights never come on and dont work, i have a gl model with 3400 so im assuming it has the tire monitor and the oil life monitor.

Im just wondering if any one can help with these problems and ideas on the rear suspension or the monitors, also my keyless entry dosent work and the dealer cant program the new keyfob they say theres a code in the bcm that will not alow them to program it, so could it be the bcm?

tire pressure lights never work, they're lame. check your tire pressure like a normal person every once in a while.

the change oil light, search! "reset change oil light" returns so many hits and with exactly how to turn it off...

dealer's just being lazy

when i turn on my car none of those lights come on no change oil no tire pressure my freinds two door aleros lights come on for like 5 secs what i mean is none of those work at all

oh, well they're 194 size bulbs behind the cluster.

any ideas on that thumping sound in the rear

Maybe the body isn't as dead as you thought it was?

well im thinking its the stabilizer links
