I'm a noob, in more ways than one
This is my first post, but I hope not my last. I'm curentally in the Army, serving in Iraq. I own a 1999 Alero, its the 4dr and auto :(, but its all the way back in Hawaii.
I'm not a new alero owner, I've had it for about a year and a half, but I am new to the idea of moding an alero. Untill about 5 days ago I didn't know that the engine in my alero, 2.4L ld9, was the same engine as used in the Cavalier.
I was turned on to the idea of making my alero nicer by my brother in Law who talked me into it due to the fast that you don't really see many Aleros at the Track in Co.
So basically I'm in it for the long run, thus far the only performance mods I'm going to get for it is a Pace Setter Header and full cat-back exhaust. and I plan to save up for a supercharger, but if anyone has any ideas for performance enhanceing parts please let me know, I've already thought about the body and interior, and when I finally get home (dec 08) I'll take pics and keep everyone updated on the wonderfull Red Alero.
