hey billytheman1188, the look nice man. Where you got them from ? I was thinking of getting some for mine in the near future.
those are beautiful (said in a shaking voice)
i want headers for my alero:( congrats! |

I ordered them from www.ssheaders.com. $900.00 after shipping Quote:
yeaaa, ive always wanted headers and now i FINALLY have them, now i have to find a good shop around here that will do them. My step-dads mechanic doesnt do them anymore:banghead: |
cool. are they usually that much ?

for the 4-cylinders, you can get cheap ones. But they dont have a big market for the 3.4, so the headers are expensive. but i dont care, they will be worth it.:coolio: |
900 bucks for headers? Dam thats alot
Mine is 3.4 too. Damn, i guess i better start saving now or get the engine swaped for 2.4 lol.
put em on yourself!!
lol, i dont have any time....with school and everything. I have a lot of late classes..... headers would be easy to put on a 4 cylinder, but its too much work for me to do myself, the 6 cylinder is always harder to put stuff on. And i dont trust the kids at my school to put them on....
is that a high flow cat you have there ?

where are you taking them to get them on ?
probably an engine or exhaust shop? lol
find some free time and learn, otherwise you'll always be paying lots of money just on labor. Just cut the exhaust pipe with a hack-saw and then start unbolting.
^That suggestion has already been addressed in this thread. Some people would rather pay to have things done right, and free them from any hassle. Like how I'd rather have someone rebuild my engine than me do it.
I don't think people on here know Billy so well?! I wouldn't trust him to change my oil in my car! Sorry had to say it. Let the thread resume!
Very nice. Should make some good power. What are you running for an exhaust?
he's got the pacesetter
i love my exhaust I have pace setter and a 2.5 down pipe and high flow cat (no code 420) no headers tho and it really woke my car up for sure.
