Broken Tuner Lug
 

Today I was putting on my rims and apparently I don't know my own strength. As I was torqing down the lugs one of the heads snapped off of the lug itself. They are splinedrive tuner lugs. Any suggestions on how to get the broken one off without distroying the rim. Here is a picture of where it broke.

You could try and drill out the lug stud but i'd that as kinda a last resort. Try and take it to a tire and wheel shop I'm sure its not the first time its ever happened.

You should be torquing them to 100 ft.lbs. Lug nuts, especially the spline drive lugs, are hardened steel, and they don't break very easy. You had to have been leaning on that thing pretty good.
