Beast mode CAI I got it from a Salvage yard, I saw this trashed Alero sitting there with Huge ricey rims and I said to my friend, "lemme just go get the Cold Air Intake and Turbo outta this ricey alero and I opened it expecting stock and BOOM both were in there! lol! so yea.... it was funny...
the dude wanted 30 bucks for the whole thing... Well... I didnt want the filter, it was metal and hella dirty so I just said screw that I just want the pipe. And I didnt want the MAF sensor or the stock intake tubing that leads up to the throttle body, so right there in front of him I just put my foot on the tube and ripped off the whole sensor and filter on the other side I set 15 bucks on the counter and walked out without saying anything hahaha.. anyways it was a simple install... and it SOUND great I raced a Miata on the way home today and He asked if I had blowers I was like wtf bro... and smoked him..

Edit: I mean I smoked him from a stop light in accelaration up the the giving speed limit which is 60... we didnt sqeel tires so it wasnt a unsafe start :-) good times!

yeah... i...suppose thats close enough.... ha.

on the way home you stopped at the track and raced him.... (street racing is highly illegal on the board)

the spindle thing was bojanked it was really loose and was moving back and forth, plus in prime condition it prob pushed 6 psi it was really small, and he would have wanted an arm and a leg for it reguardless of the condition, plus someone had already scrapped the intercooler, he had a front mount... on a 4 door wtf! lmao! but yea it have 2 turbos in my garage anyways I just dont have the piping and shit to do it, one if from a 240sx and the other is from my friends Turbo Eclipse GSX which pushes 14 PSI, it is from a Evo 7 :-) and it will fit in my car I already talked to a guy about it

It was just the tube, I had to go play 25 bucks for a cone filter

Heh, I wouldn't even call that racing.. I'd call it "accellerating hard from a stop light whilst another car does the same until both cars reach the speed limit, and seeing who's gets there faster."
I don't see how it's unsafe unless the speed surpasses the speed limit.

You should've asked about the turbo anyways! MY buddy's dad bought a turbo for his Geo Tracker from a junkyard for $50, then retrofitted it on for next to nothing. Cheap and badass power!

Yea he should have had a short ram but he didn't, the turbo was out of the car anyways it was sitting in the drivers seat like someone else had pulled it out and didnt want it when they saw the condition

Yep, you're right....Fast Alero is probably an oxymoron...although my car is faster than most Aleros on here and many other cars around WNY, so I must've done something right :p
