Big Problem
 

Ok, heres the problem. Almost every time I start my car, it will start and run fine, but my headlights, insturment cluster, radio, and HVAC and cig lighter won't come on. But everything will turn on after somtimes 15 seconds, and sometimes as long as a few minutes. Its a real pain in the ass, anyone have any insight on what they think it could be? I was leaning toward ignition cylinder or possible BCM????? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

did you ever have your hazard switch replaced? i thought those were a bunch of the symptoms...

the HAzard switch would affect the HVAC and Radio?

if it knocks out the whole circuit upfront... possibly. unlikely. but why not check it anyway?

that would be a loose fuse if i had to guess

I dont see how a faulty hazzard switch would cause all those symptoms.
