My Guages
Well, like you guys said a little piece of my guage was contacting the needle housing, and the guy got it fixed...he just used a little super glue. So I am very happy about that. I wanted to have him install a carbon fiber bezel put he said he would have to use a dremel tool to cut the plastic.....is this true?
They said they did not feel comfortable doing that? Anyway, I am happy I can actually see my true speed now...YAY:) |
i thought speedhut sold carbon fiber plastic overlays.... ??
|
No you don't have to remove the plastic cover from the assembly. The CF gauge bezel bends right in through the tach or speedometer hole.

Yeah they are flexible enough you just bend it in half and slide it in, no cutting. Trust me I had one along with speed hut gauges.

^same here...no dremel necessary unless you have the brushed aluminum bezel (which looks like ass, IMO)
