Fuel Gauge? FIXED "HOW TO" HERE.

After then 2nd attempt theft on my car. when i resived my car back fome body shop and a week later my gass gage was wanked and once i filled it it was all fine. but today when i was going out for brekfast i noticed it just droped right to EMPTY and i had a half tank I new. soo then when i turn car off and on it would go full for 2 secs and then drop. i filled my car up again and it still woulnt stay up??
Is thier something i can do or what would cuse this to happen. evry other gage seems to be fine.

Sounds like the fuel level sending unit. You need to drop the fuel tank and pull the fuel pump assembly out. The sending unit is part of that assembly. Just as easy to change the whole thing with a junkyard unit, or new if you want to spend the $$ on it.

SWEET I FIX it know HERE IS THE "HOW TO"
Tools need your 2 hands
1. Left hand on steering wheel at about 10.
2. Take your right hand and make a flat hand as a high FIVE and SLAP THE TOP OF THE DASH 2 TIME 3 TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS...

well thats all i had to do and since i slap the dash it hasnt been a problem :S soo well see..
