pads rotors and pedal

got new pads and rotors today (r1 concepts) no opening of and brake lines anywhere. when first drove car pedal was amazing didnt go down one bit. now all the sudden it goes very low? and sometimes if you drive for like 20 mins it will go back up? it brakes unbelieveable perfect though? sounds like a bleeding isue right? but how could that happen when no lines or caliper or even cylander were ever opened? can it happen from compressing the caliper back in when changing the pads out? wierd help appretiated!!!

when you were changing the rotors if you let the calipers "dangle" or hang from the brake line you may have allowed air to leak

my drums squeel if that helps any but they always have and have been cleaned and adjusted so i dont think that has to do with it.

i didnt change them im going to assume no because it was a decorated mechanic but you never know we all make mistakes. its just so wierd when you first start car how it drops to floor drive for a while it will stiffen up.
