Rent the tool from Autozone. 3/8" drive ratchet and a few long extensions. Will need to reach down and disconnect the harness also. Shouldnt take more than 1/2 hour to do.

mmmm buttery exhaust pipe  or you could use penatrating oil, when I tried to install my header I soaked everything in it, and all the boldt came off with almost no effort, kinda worried me too.

cherrington17 07-11-2009 06:13 PM

when i did mine, i shot it with penetrating oil.. let it sit for 15min. sprayed again, let sit again... then shot one last time, and wrenched it out. came out nice and easy.

Redog 07-11-2009 07:15 PM

which one is it?

I check all parts before I even pay. even oil filters

elpuas3000 07-12-2009 12:12 AM
