Driver-Side Window Won't Roll Down
 

Title says it all. I could've sworn this has happened to me once before and it was a simple fix, I just can't remember what I did last time to fix it.

All of the switches light up so I know the connections inside the door are good, and I can control all of the other windows without a problem; just not mine. Nothing substantial has happened to the door either, one day it worked, and the next day it didn't.

Any ideas? I've tried searching but I couldn't find much.

motor is shot? sashes broke? regulators snapped?

switch is tempermental?

most likely the regulator bound up, and is not permitting the motor to turn

Is there a way to fix this? Or does something need to be replaced?

temp fix: hold the switch up or down (whichever way it got stuck) and slam the door closed. i did this for about a year when mine started sticking, but finally had to replace the whole thing.
