Well guys, this is the event of the east coast!

All the information is below, if you would like to go, please place your name below, and we will have a registration page up shortly, we will give further notice on the hotel, and when to reserve your room.

10:30 AM – 7:30PM

Sunday:Mass Alero Show:
Show Begins At 10AM

Judging begins at 11AM

Trophies Handed out at 12PM

Registration Cost :50$

Hotel: 2 Nights @ 109 a night

NOTED: Parking at Six Flags is 15$

Huh? The hotel's in Albany, NY but the event is in Springfield, Mass.? My geography might be a little rusty but I know that Albany, NY is nowhere near Massachusetts.

I will hopefully be moved to utah by then, or else I would consider it!

I think we should have a simple one day forum meet instead of a 3 day thing. I also think you should move it closer to NYC to attract more people. Just a thought. September is school time, and majority of us north easterners are in school, so another burden. I think a one day simple forum meet would be better...


Albany to the Mass border is like a stone throw.

Make the main event a day thing but with an overnight the night before (or after) for travellers. Show up Friday, check-in, eat/drink, drink, drink, drink, drink, sleep, wake up Saturday a.m., breakfast, car show meet, drink, drink, nap,....

yeah, but i dont want to drive back the same day of festivities, well i dont have to, people can do whatever they want, im staying two nights

Yeah, it's giving folks the option of a place to stay before and after that helps. When Jackyll drove the 3-4 hours up to NJ for BPO'08, he stayed at a nearby hotel the night before so he was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed the next day for racing with me and Redog.

you can stay for whenever you want, i did give the option too you know, arrive at 4PM, chill and then the next day we have fun

I think a single day meet up in Mass sounds like a better idea.
