Do headers for the 3400 take away low end?
 

I want to eventually get headers and a full exhaust system for the car...S&S with Monza Exhaust..but would I loose bottom end power...right now I just have a cat back exhaust with Flowmaster 80 series muffler?

FYI S&S is out of business as of last month the only way to get headers is find a used set. Rumor is someone else is working on N-body headers but it might take some time. I didn't notice any loss in low end, but I also did UIM, LIM manifold spacers, 65mm TB, injecters and headers at the same time.

Thats funny i just went to there web site and there copy right date for the site is 2009, It looks to be open for business... I would call to make sure of that.;)

S&S is out of business. I live a few miles away from their shop. Drove by just to see a few weeks ago.

someone needs to get some old decent performance headers, and get someone... like... milzy... or wottech... to duplicate them. So we can have quality headers back, for NA builds.

this lack of headers is really a pita.

Build them yourself. A lot of work, but the satisfaction will be worth it.

Milzy is working on making some last I heard. ForcedFirebird form grandamgt is also working on something for the 3400.

they can't be new S&S because (as previously stated) S&S is out of business.

andy's might just be selling what was left over.
