Boston Acoustics RX97

How does this model, Boston Acoustics RX97 3-way speaker compare to others in the market today. It's a 4-ohm rating. I used to have these in my old 65 442 in the rear deck for a short time, but they've been sitting around for 8 years. Would they sound that much better than the stock Alero speakers, and can the stock head unit drive the 4 ohm load with no trouble?

I dont see any reason for concern, toss em in.

Should sound better and not bother a thing - go for it!

Headunits are built to handle no more than 4ohms.

With that said, toss them in. They're 3 way speakers so they'll sound a lot better than the stock speakers.
