Grand Am Rotors

I'm looking in to doing all of my brakes and rotors, and I found a set of d/s rotors with pads on ebay for $180 shipped: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ponti...ht_3305wt_1165

my question is can I use these Grand Am rotors and pads, because the Alero specific rotors and pads run about $30 more.

Its the same car. They will work as long as you have rear disc.
