alright, i've been reading previous posts about wheel sizes and what is and isnt recommended. The wheels i want are Axis Hagen 19x8 5-114.3 w/+45 offset...and from what i've read, these shouldnt fit an alero...correct?

so i was wonderin if there are any rims out there that look similar and smaller, i'd prefer 17's or 18's. This is what the Hagens look like:

theres tons of plain five stars that look similar to those. Just make sure you have the 115mm 5bolt pattern. My rims don't have quite that offset, so i had to put thinner rubber so it didn't rub on my coil. 18's are a pretty sweet size rim, i hear they're harder to balance then 17's though, and if you get rims you gotta drop your car, thats a given. Check on Ebay for some ideas of different styles.

45 offsets don't fit.

I found this out the hard way

Offset between +38 and +42 is cool.

Check out Tire Rack They have a alot of cool rims and they will fit

Don't drop your car unless you want to walk everywhere in GR from now on.

Those wheels are hott, I hope you do find some like that.

i guess my hunt continues haha

those rims are nice... i could have sworn that my offset was 45, but i'll check and make sure.... and about lowering, i'm not sure what lindsey meant, but i dont know why you wouldnt lower it.

I meant I know where he lives (used to live there) and I know how the roads are. Not lowered-car friendly. I bottom out in parking structures and my driveway at stock height.

yeh, the roads around here can really suck...thats the only reason i havent lowered my car yet....too worried haha

All those styles look good! and 5x114.3 should work if they don't make the 5.115 in the style you like, just get hub centric rings
