This thread is going on GAOC, GAGT, and Aleromod.

Ok, I'm guessing this is a good section to put this under but:

What I'm trying to do is account for each of the 18 Superchargers that were made for the SC/T GAs. The original idea was that 2-4 of the 18 were owned by GM, one was kept by MagnaCharger, and the rest were sold privately. If the forms are filled out and there's enough response, we should be able to make a sort of 'family tree' of who owned each SC as many have changed hands multiple times. If anyone knows if any of these made it onto a Malibu or other 3400-powered vehicle feel free to let me know, or correct any of my info.

If you know who owns one, please submit a form like this, and I'll add it to the list (If anyone can think of something else to add to the form let me know) :

For now I'm going to put more than 18 total on the list, and then consolidate them as we find out who had each SC. Many of these were sold on ebay and such so they cant be traced to sellers/ buyers on the boards by their usernames.

Hey it's Kyle, from here on Aleromod, I am also 99alero_boy on GAGT.

I did acquire the gen 4 charger from Mike Lowe (n20-olds) He did acquired it from John Belveal (i believe) Greg (alerob888) can probably verify that.

My kit also had a one-off Sparco W2A Intercooler kit.

I sold the intercooler kit in later 2006/early 2007 to Greg (Alerob888)
The charger went to Azrael on 60degreev6 in Jan 2007, he has a 1995 grand am with a 3x00 swap.

I just talked to Mike Lowe, he said he did not get that EM from John B....

He says he got it from someone on GrandAmGT.com, but can't remember who, and will check usernames when time allows. This would have been from late 2002 to mid-2003, from one of the "original" kit buyers, probably Midwest or East Coast. Mike thinks there was a "for sale" thread on GrandAmGT.com...

That's right, I just talked to John B. in Colorado Springs. He bought that one from Matt.

John also bought a Gen 3 kit from Schram auto parts....

Updated again, One problem, John B. says he got a Gen 3 kit from schram, which was sold to n20olds then kyle, who sold it azrael, as well as he got a Gen 4 kit from mfuller. But Kyle says his was a Gen 4. And Greg says his was a Gen 4 from John. One of you must have had a 3rd... 1 3rd and 1 4th dont make 2 4th.

No....I was mistaken that Mike received his kit from John.

you have no Idea how much those last two posts sorted things out. Numbers 8, 10, and 14 SC in my list are all now fixed. Only questions left are where did Mfuller get his, Schrams had the original motortrend sc/t which made its way to APOC/John, then to the malibu guy. The malibu guy put it for sale back in 07 then it disappeared.

Oh, and of course where Mike L got his.

Also, what the hell Greg!!! You called Mike and John, but not me!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:
