Cold Air Intake Differences
so ive also been searching around for a good CAI system...came across a few especially on ebay but the one that caught my attention was the one on MPRacing for $175. now before i spend my money i wanted to know if anyone on here knows the differences between them or is it just a price difference. 9by the way the one one MPracing looks more like a newly designed one...Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!

intake design really doesn't have any effect on these engines, an ebay one will perform just as well as any name brand, Just buy an ebay one and put a better cone on it

i appreciate that!!!!!!one thing i can say is YOU know ur stuff!!!!!!!!

^ well I am going to school for it :p

Ttop dont know shit. LMAO!
However to answer your question, get the one from cosmoracing.com and then just get the other piping to convert it to the ACTUAL cold air. I had ran the cosmoracing SRI for awhile and it made an okay difference. But when converting to a CAI, it didn't make that much of a difference other than the sound. Also, take ttops advice and run a bigger cone filter on it the 2.5" or 3" just doesn't get enough air IMO Love ya Tom |
2.4? I'm assuming...

The cosmos says cold air but its really a Sri just buy an intake for the 3400 and combine em then u have a true cold air.
