Super White Alero 08-20-2004 07:25 PM

Hello guys and gals, I have a 2000 alero and now its finally paid off (thank god). I wanna start modding it. So far I seen the Razzi kits, the *** kit, and the Kato Kombat kit. So far the Razzi kits runs $780, the *** $1200, and the Kato runs $1127. Which kits seem the best if I do a 2" drop on my car. There are no alero in STL, which I can see the kits, nor can you get a good idea online becase the photo don't show you a 2" drop with stock rims.

You should be ok with a 2" drop with the razzi kit. i do not know about the kato kit or the ***kit.

Super White Alero 08-20-2004 07:51 PM

Damn I ment *** kit. Howsome it won't let me put ***. but anyhows, I don't mind shelling out the cash, but I really like to get a good look on it before I commit to purchasing, cuz all the site has a policy of no refund if you purchase the product and don't like it. That why Im not committing to anyone of them yet. I hope You guys have some good ideas. Its for partly show and pasrtly dragging.

I live out in Wildwood, but I'm at Mizzou now for college.

smokinAMD 08-20-2004 08:43 PM

I dont know were you find the kato kit for that price andysautosport sells it for 899, personal to me the razzi dont look to much diffrant from stock, the kato kits the way to go.

Super White Alero 08-20-2004 10:08 PM

Thanx for the reply and your right the Rizza kits does look decent I might just go with Kato kit, much mucher for a little over $900. And Im currently going to SLU. If ya come by lets kick it. I drive a white Alero with the dual pipes. Soon to have kit. Just place order with andy's auto should be about 3 weeks.

FormulaNERD 08-20-2004 10:20 PM

yea, the kato kit is the best way to go.

Super White Alero 08-20-2004 10:23 PM

P.S. I just checked out http://www.pfyc.com/store/merchant.mv?Scre...gory_Code=ALINT and I can't find a tac anywhere on there. I'm not planning on a tac anytime soon cuz im poor now. But is there a tac that can fit a A-pillar? Planning on looks first, then when funds are available I will get motor mod going.

Ideas for next summer A-pillar 3 guage, cold air, coil-over. That should cover my summer's money.

javlin 08-20-2004 11:07 PM

go with Kato it look the best so far.

FormulaNERD 08-20-2004 11:34 PM

you have a tac, why do you want another?

IndyAlero 08-22-2004 07:42 AM

I smell Rice...Lol

but ya kato is the way to go...

bdyman 08-22-2004 10:20 AM

i personally think all body kits are just ugly
i would spend that money on something else

sound_xtreme 08-22-2004 03:35 PM

razzi kit has the best style to it. kato is just ugly, *** kit is nice, just a little too much for my taste and the price is kinda high, but it is really good quality.
