not sure what the pricing is there, but you'd probably get them cheaper on ebay.

bjensen83 08-22-2004 07:37 PM

29.99 for the poppers
179.99 for the kit
for some reason they sell them seperatly.

The popper is just the spring. The solenoid is whats actually pulls the latch.

Yeah the sell em separate. I haven't seen all but 1 kit that has em together. When I bought my spal shave door handle kit. They didn't come with the popper either. DO they that cuz 9/10 people don't use the spring popper. They just do what i do and grab the top of the door.

By the way, how DO you shave your door handles and make it look like there were no handles to begin with?

Remove handle
weld in plate that matches the size of the opening,
apply bondo to smooth over/fill in any gaps
paint

(thats the basics of it dude)

hey, try checking www.etronics.com check under car electronics and then security. i think i saw some poppers on there for 9.99

personally i was looking into it, just cuz i'm lazy. i'd only do my door and leave the handle. i figure, if i can unlock it while i walking up, why not open it too? but for 179.99 for the base kit... screeeww that!
