Silver Alero in Topeka!?!?!?!?

Today on 21st saw a silver alero with exhaust and razzi kit with Texas plates. Kinda shocked to see another modded alero so is it anyone on here?

I've seen one with a razzi kit in manhattan too, never did find the owner though
