Tinting my tails + possibly headlights

So I'm being lazy cuz on my iPod and don't feel like searching.

Can someone please tell me how to remove my taillights and a good walk through of how to tint taillights?

I'm guessing a good clean, possible sanding, nightshade, more nightshade, etc + clear coat.

Correct me if I'm wrong please.

Headlights:

I know blacking out headlights is illegal.

Thinking of doing the orange reflective piece and "maybe" the second most outer portion.

Would tinting the orange piece still be bright enough for turn signals?

really? it is so simple just go look in ur trunk pull back the carpet and look for the tail lights then there are 3 or for screw on caps. then on the trunk there are 3 or 4 nuts on each side. Next time use google or the search button there is a bunch of info about tinting tail lights. This is why most people on here are so hard the noobs because they make threads without searching.

x2 on not tinting the headlights just get the euro headlights or clear the corners on the headlights you have then paint the bezels.

Here is the proper way to do it. This is how i painted the tail lights on my old alero. But i had access to a paint gun and booth.

he was referring to the search button comment...but you were making the point that using a little common sense and easy resources is better than taking up additional server space...When you know that there is tons of information why not use it...i use my ipod all the time and i can guarantee it would have been easier to click the search button and type tinted tails and quickly find something than it is to create a new post

I would rather have my own, it's easier to track down information I have gathered.

Thinking of doing the opposite of this:

Only the white / Orange showing, all the red on the bottom will be tinted.

Of not this, just a slight tint to make them a little darker than stock.

Those are my only two choices, no others will even be considered. I've been contemplating this mod since I joined. Lol.
