How about do you take the trim/bezel around the radio? pull? or does any other trim moldings come off first?

check the how to's it's in their look under Head unit replacement it'll say how to take it off real simple tho

How I do it is stick your hand down into that little cubby whole under the radio and make a fist as long as your hands are big enough. I just pull and it comes right out but pull up the console piece under the shifter first.

and that worked :) feel dumb for asking now, just figured there would be a screw holding it in and id snap it lol :)

A screw on a GM car? na everything is just clips LOL

screw would make something fit solid. for long peroid of time, clips break and make cars fall apart :)
