So I've been through many sites to find the impedance for the stock HU to no avail.

It should be 4 ohms... most radios cannot go lower than that... the stock speakers have a different ohm rating though .

Did you try Crutchfield?

Are you looking for a stock hu?

I ask because I'm going to upgrade my stock 6x9 when I do the window tint as it will make a a lil bit easer. Also will be swaping the old 4x6 too do to being fryed. I noticed that the factory 6x9 are 6 ohm and was wondering how long the stock hu would put up with my loud music. When the time is right I will be putting a aftermarket deck and one more amp.thx for the help guys.

Oh, it will put up with it for a long time, that has never been an issue. Stock radios are usually weaker than aftermarket anyway...
