Hello from the other side of the ocean
 

Just want to say hi from the other side of the atlantic.
I live in the Netherlands, in Europe (English is not my native language!)
Over here, I can drive for months without seeing another Alero.
That makes it kind of exclusive, but a pain in the #ss if I have to find parts...
My Alero is an export model. A little different, like the brand; it's no Oldsmobile, but a Chevrolet (although the steering wheel, keys and wheels have the Olsmobile logo ;) ). It shows kilometers, no miles.

Thing's I've done myself:
* Replace all brake discs and pads.
* Replace front wheel hubs.
* Replace stereosystem (cut out all original cables and system, replaced it with Pioneer AVH-X2600BT and still have chimes, so there's a technical difference in the export model)
* replace headlights with HID units

If you ever think of selling, I might take it down here in Malta. I have been browsing every now and then for an Olds for sale here in Europe. Would love to have another one some time.
