so should i check for the vaccum leak at manifold...

so should i check for the vaccum leak at manifold with throttle body cleaner ? and is there a mount that goes bad before the others or just never know i know there is what 4 mounts?

i have a 2000 gl it has a 2.4 with about 145000 miles and at idle it has a vibration bad enought to shake the steering wheel but just off idle it goes away and runs great i have changed the plugs and...
