we dont need papers for rims that you can buy here in holland,we only need papers if a buy rims out from other countrys, the only thing we dont may in holland is the tire size,the tires may not come...

You talking about the headlights? they are stock,and the corners dont get used as outer turn signal but as some sort of roadside lightning and they are always on whem you put the lights on.
