it's easy to do. You have to drain the coolant, slip the belt off, remove the water pump cover which is basically the pulley, then take out the water pump.

if you measure the circumference you can find out...
if you measure the circumference you can find out the diameter...
C = pi * d
so say the circumference is 6.3 inches..
6.3 = 3.14 * d
d = ~ 2 inches
